Shipping
Subject to availability we aim to get all goods delivered within 10-15
working days. Some items are made to order or hand finished and these
products can take up to 15-21 days. Products are despatched directly
from regional distribution centres or directly from the manufacturer,
therefore some orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the
same time.
All products are priced for mainland UK only and exclude delivery
charges (10% of the order value) and VAT (17.5%) which is calculated at
the checkout stage.
All orders are charged for delivery to ground floor. If you have a special requirement please contact us. For non-mainland orders i.e. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of
Man, Isle of White and Western Isles we will be pleased to quote you a
price and availability - just contact us.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm(excluding bank holidays). All goods require a signature on delivery. Most furniture products come flat packed for safe delivery and easy
assembly to keep cost very low. If you wish to enquire about our
assembly service please contact us and we will be pleased to quote you.
Returns
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, Goods may only be
returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging
and in a resalable condition. Goods to be returned will be collected by
us or our agents. Gazelle Office Furntiure Ltd reserves the right to charge a
minimum handling fee of 15% of the value of the goods for items
returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be
deducted from any refund given. Goods to be returned will be kept safe
and secure until such time as they are collected by us. Any damage to
the Goods will be deducted from any refund given in addition to the
minimum handling fee (if applicable) referred to above. We will refund
the price of the Goods (if a refund is applicable) to you less any
deductions in terms of the above clause once the Goods have been
examined and within 30 days of their collection from you by Gazelle Office Furntiure Ltd.
Faulty goods: Damages: must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Under Guarantee: First instance report the fault to us with a full
description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to
attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed
to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is
under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.
Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered: Goods will be collected and a charge for carriage applied based
upon the value of your goods. Goods must be returned in the packaging
they arrived in. Goods assembled on site by third party will not be
returnable.
