The Humanscale Diffrient World Chair,  brought to life by renowned designer, Neils Diffrient, who has once again brought his trademark functionality through simplicity to office furniture with the award-winning Diffrient World Chair collection.

Neils Diffrient is best known for solving issues with simplicity, timeless design and blending minimalism with practicality.

By using the most innovative designs Neils Diffrient disposed of traditional mechanisms, giving these chairs the ability to harness the dynamics of physics with the users bodyweight to ensure individual experience..

Through collaboration with Textile Designer Elizabeth Whelan Neils Diffrient created his first mesh design, giving the Diffrient office chair the ability to meet each user’s back requirement, whilst removing the traditional fixed front edge of the chairs seat.

This reduces pressure on the knees and thighs.

Despite not having a traditional chair cushion base, the mesh alternative makes this lightweight Humanscale Diffrient provide a user experience which has been likened to sitting on air
